What You'll Do

- Deliver friendly, attentive service to gaming customers
- Support gaming and Keno operations while maintaining compliance
- Build genuine relationships with regular customers
- Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
- Assist customers with enquiries and provide outstanding service
- Work closely with the wider venue team to deliver a outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

- Someone who enjoys working with people and building rapport with regular customers
- Hospitality or gaming experience preferred, but not essential
- Current RSA & RSG certificates essential
- Availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays




- Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous gaming and/or Keno experience is highly regarded, but full training will be provided for the right person
