I am looking for a technical support analyst to join one of my clients, an investment banking business, where you will support and work closely with the trading team.

Role
You will manage and work closely with a range of team members to act as the first point of contact for end users, receiving and handling requests for technical support. The technical support is ranged from software, hardware, AV support, and even assisting the infrastructure team when required. Every 4–5 weeks you will be on-call, and this position will require you to work 5 days in the office, located in the CBD of Sydney. As this role will see you work with financial analysts, traders, and executive suite, I need someone who is confident, and can clearly communicate their thoughts and ideas to people.

Requirements





- A robust communicator with an ability to manage demanding clients.
- Must have experience with AV Support.
- Ideally, I am looking for someone who has worked in small-medium sized corporate environments.
- Support experience with Windows, Office 365, Azure AD, and Intune.
