Growth Marketing Manager

Mane Consulting is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to join our Sydney team. This role is responsible for developing and executing growth-focused marketing strategies that support business objectives, strengthen brand visibility, and drive sustainable customer acquisition.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, optimise marketing performance, and deliver measurable business outcomes across multiple digital channels.

About the Role

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing initiatives designed to increase market presence and improve overall campaign effectiveness. You will combine strategic planning with data-driven decision-making to support the company's long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse marketing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing projects.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends.
- Prepare regular marketing performance reports and recommendations.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with company policies and industry best practices.

About You

- Previous experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively within a professional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Full working rights in Australia or legal eligibility to work in Australia.

Salary

Minimum AUD 8,000 – Maximum AUD 9,500 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
