Caring Hearts In-Home Help
Melton
Caring Hearts In-Home Help is a registered nurse-led in-home care provider delivering high quality, person-centred support to people living with disability, chronic health conditions, and mental health challenges. We are a small but growing team built on genuine care, clinical excellence, and a culture that values every person — clients and staff alike.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, compassionate Support Worker with a background in mental health to join our casual team in the Melton area. You will be supporting a client in their home with day shifts during business hours — no overnight shifts, no late evenings.
We have a warm and established support team already in place. One of our team members will be going on planned leave from late April, and we are looking for the right person to step in and provide continuity of care during that period — with the potential for ongoing casual shifts beyond that.
If you are someone who can hit the ground running, integrate well into an existing team, and build genuine rapport with a client who values consistency — we would love to hear from you.
