Restaurant Manager
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the venue while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the front-of-house team.
- Create an energetic, positive workplace culture.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Manage rostering, labour costs and daily operations.
- Drive sales and maximise venue performance.
- Assist with recruitment, training and staff development.
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Work closely with the owners and leadership team to grow the business.
Supervisors
We’re also looking for experienced hospitality supervisors who lead by example and enjoy being on the floor with their team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Lead shifts and coach team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Assist with staff training and development.
- Maintain high service and presentation standards.

Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality is essential.
