Job Description:

SCCR Restorations is a growing Water Damage Restoration company specialising in insurance claims, water damage restoration, mould remediation, and structural drying. We are looking for a motivated Customer service/administration office to join our friendly team on a full-time basis, working 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Answer calls from clients, insurers, suppliers and trades.
- Schedule technicians, inspections and restoration works.
- Manage and update insurance claims from commencement through to completion.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate claim records.
- Liaise with insurance companies, assessors and customers.
- Follow up outstanding information and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the restoration team.
- Deliver qualified customer service at every stage of the claims process.





Skills & Experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service experience.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional phone manner and strong email etiquette.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, including Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
- Previous administration or insurance claims experience is highly regarded but not essential.
