Otti Cafe South Brisbane is looking for a current chef to join the team

Overview: To consistently produce high quality food for all Otti Café customers in accordance with our menu specifications, and working in an energetic, enthusiastic and professional manner.

Key responsibilities:

- To ensure Otti Cafe menu specifications are adhered to at all times
- To ensure Otti Cafe meal standards, dish presentation are adhered to at all times
- To follow instructions for preparation of ingredients as directed by the Head Chef
- To keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times
- To follow all food safety and health and safety guidelines as trained and adhered to at al times
- To follow all Otti Cafe company policies and procedures as trained, at all times
- To work with the rest of the Otti Cafe team to create a positive, respectful working environment




- To maintain a clean and presentable appearance and uniform, in line with Otti Cafe standards

Skills:

Essential:

- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail and well organised
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food hygiene

Desirables:

- Previous experience in a high volume café or restaurant

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Kitchen: 2 years (Required)
