About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, motivated and reliable Drainer to join our growing construction team on a full-time basis. The role involves carrying out a range of drainage works across civil construction projects.

The successful applicant will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

- Installation of stormwater and sewer drainage systems
- Pipe laying and trench work
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Working around underground services
- Operating small plant and equipment
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to specification
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and disposal of or recycle materials
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, trades and site personnel

Skills and Experience





- Previous drainage/ civil construction experience
- White Card
- Excavator ticket compulsory
- HR license advantageous
- Ability to work unsupervised and within a team
- Strong commitment to safety
- Experience in civil construction
- Minimum 2 years of civil construction experience required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Robust attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements
- Valid Australian work visa required
