Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Club Manager to oversee the operations, staff, and financial aspects of our club. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Club Manager will ensure the smooth running of the club and promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
- Manage and supervise club staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Plan and coordinate events and activities for club members.
- Ensure the club is in compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Manage the club’s budget and finances,



including membership fees and expenses.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance member experience.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from club members.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure the club’s facilities and equipment are well-maintained and safe for use.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.

- Proven experience in club or hospitality management.
