About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and personable Server / Bartender to join our friendly, professional team at our Hamilton location. We have two roles available for both floor service and bar work, offering variety and the opportunity to build your skills across multiple areas of the venue.

You’ll play a key part in delivering a welcoming dining experience while preparing and serving beverages with consistency and care. Dinner service is our busiest period, so you’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with both floor and bar teams. Weekend availability is non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly, attentive service and build rapport with guests
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and coffee (where applicable)
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, including Italian dishes, wines, and specials
- Assist guests with recommendations and upselling where appropriate
- Set up and maintain clean, organised bar and dining areas




- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow RSA, hygiene, and workplace safety standards

Skills & Experience

- At least 1 years’ experience in hospitality (server, bartender, barista, or similar)
- Confidence in both floor service and basic bartending
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Interest in Italian food, wine, and hospitality culture
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, especially Friday and Saturday nights
- Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain before starting)
