Responsibilities & Duties
- Interact with customers and provide exceptional service
- Deliver rapid and efficient FOH (Front of House) service while enjoying the work
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality at all times
- Accurately handle EFTPOS and cash transactions
- Demonstrate high-standard barista skills using a commercial coffee machine
Requirements & Skills
- Must have a valid right to work in Australia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for food and coffee
- Maintain café operational standards and ensure product consistency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, positive attitude
- Engage with the team and contribute proactively to a welcoming community setting
- Latte art skills preferred
- Previous experience preferred
