360 Personnel is seeking reliable and safety-focused Wash Bay Operators to join a busy transport and logistics operation based in Acacia Ridge.
This is a physically demanding role suited to candidates who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working in industrial environments. While previous wash bay or industrial cleaning experience is advantageous, we are primarily looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to following safety procedures.
You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining transport tankers to strict safety and operational standards.
The role involves:
- Working inside tanker compartments and other confined spaces
- Working at heights on top of transport vehicles
- Using high-pressure hoses and approved industrial cleaning chemicals
- Manual cleaning, wiping, scrubbing, and general wash bay duties
- Following site procedures and safe work instructions at all times
- Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets

- Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
- Able to work around strong chemical odours and in wet environments
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Previous experience in labouring, industrial cleaning, vehicle detailing, wash bay operations, or similar roles is highly regarded but not essential
