About the role and what you'll be doing:

Delivering exceptional customer service and unforgettable in-store experiences

Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures and accessories





Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options

Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing

Stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology

Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a great shopping experience

Who We Are Looking For:

Passion for fishing – whether it's freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing, we encourage it all!

Knowledge of local fishing spots and species

Strong communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging manner
