- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation
- Be sure to follow infection control and secure food handling regulations and procedures.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and tidy
- Wash, stack and dry dishes and utensils, and ensure bench tops are clean and sanitized
- Assist with maintaining stock levels and ordering
- Have knowledge of older residents diet requirements
