Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our night shift team.

This role suits a true night owl who enjoys working evening and overnight hours, leading by example, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced food production environment. While this is a leadership position, it remains a hands-on role where you will actively support the team while coordinating workflow, stock management, and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the night shift warehouse team to ensure daily targets are achieved
- Plan and coordinate picking, packing and dispatch activities
- Monitor stock levels, stock rotation and inventory accuracy
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time for dispatch
- Load and unload cartons and pallets as required
- Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment (forklift licence advantageous)
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse setting
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and workplace procedures
- Assist with training and mentoring team members
- Work collaboratively with production and logistics teams to meet operational requirements

What We’re Looking For

- Previous warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader capacity
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Experience with stock control, stock rotation and inventory management
- Proven ability to lead by example and support a team in a hands-on environment




- High level of reliability, commitment and accountability
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (no access to public transport)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Experience working in cool room and/or freezer environments, or the ability to do so
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG environments is highly regarded
- Forklift licence desirable but not essential

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
