The Meat & Wine Co South Yarra is looking for Dessert Cook to join the team.

Up to 20 hours available; Part-Time contract available.

What we are looking for

- 1+ years of relevant kitchen experience in a full-service A La Carte restaurant
- Previous experience in the dessert/pastry section
- A Certificate III Commercial Cookery/Patisserie Qualification is beneficial
- Passion for quality food and premium hospitality
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster,



including nights, weekends and public holidays
