Are you Reliability Engineer ready for your next opportunity?

We are seeking Reliability Engineers to support current and upcoming client opportunities across mining, transport, infrastructure, energy, water, defence, healthcare, and other asset-intensive environments.

These opportunities may suit professionals with experience in reliability improvement, maintenance optimisation, asset performance analysis, failure analysis, and reliability engineering support. Engagements may be contract, PAYG, project-based, or longer term depending on client needs.

About the role
You may be involved in:

- improving asset reliability, availability, and maintenance outcomes
- facilitating or contributing to FMECA, RCM, and Root Cause Analysis activities
- identifying failure trends and improvement opportunities from operational and maintenance data
- supporting maintenance strategy reviews and optimisation initiatives
- preparing technical analysis, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders
- working with engineering, maintenance, operations, and asset management teams to improve performance

We are looking for people with experience in one or more of the following:

- reliability engineering within mining, transport, infrastructure, energy, water, defence, healthcare, or similar asset-intensive sectors
- reliability-centred methodologies and structured problem solving
- asset performance analysis, maintenance planning, or continuous improvement
- interpreting operational, failure,



and maintenance data to support decision-making
- using tools such as ReliaSoft, Isograph, SAP, Power BI, R, or similar analytical platforms
- working effectively with technical and operational stakeholders
