Q-bital Healthcare Solutions, is a proud member of Q-bital Healthcare Solutions, an internationally recognised provider of infrastructure and clinical services supporting healthcare clients worldwide. As part of the Q-bital Healthcare Solutions family established in 1999, we specialise in purpose-designed and built mobile and modular facilities, offering recent or replacement healthcare spaces including operating rooms, endoscopy suites, and sterilisation and diagnostic departments.

We are looking for a hybrid Field Service Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in collecting, delivering and setting up units
- Induct contractors at customer sites once the units are installed
- Overseeing contractor management in the warehouse and when units are on site
- Prepare purchase and work orders and reconcile invoices
- Assist with the preparation of required documentation
- Assist in overseeing build and refurbishment programme of new and returned units
- Assist with Planned Preventative Maintenance coordination
- Ensure Q-bital’s obligations against quality and safety standards are met
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Attend customer sites to carry out small repairs to the units where necessary
- Knowledge of power tools and experience with hand tools essential

Required conditions:

Essential

- IT literate with ability to effectively work using Microsoft 365
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, and take ownership and accountability in the role
- Knowledge of relevant workplace health and safety regulations
- Experience with health & safety investigation management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar technical coordination role
- Hands-on with the ability to work autonomously
- Proven experience in managing inventory, commissioning and after sales support
- High level of customer service
- Requires a valid driving license

Desirable

- Experience in healthcare and facility management related employment is highly desirable
- Experience in similar environments is preferred but not essential
- Continuous improvement experience
- Experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
- Experience with CAD software
