Verandah House Country Estate is an award-winning luxury boutique retreat nestled in the heart of Tamborine Mountain. We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and detail-oriented Luxury Housekeeping & Guest Services Attendant to join our passionate team.

About the Role

Your role will include a combination of luxury housekeeping and light food service duties, ensuring our guests experience the exceptional standard that Verandah House is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and presenting luxury guest suites to the highest standard
- Cleaning and maintaining guest accommodation and public areas
- Assisting with breakfast service and light food preparation
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of our guest kitchen, lounge and dining areas
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assisting with general guest services as required
- Working both independently and as part of a supportive team

- Is flexible and available to work weekends on a fair rotating roster
- Thrives in a luxury hospitality environment and enjoys exceeding guest expectations

Essential Requirements

- Current Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Must Have Australian working rights
- Speaks Fluent, Explicit English

Highly Regarded

- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Previous experience in luxury accommodation, boutique hotels or hospitality
- Experience with food preparation or breakfast service
