The Team & Role
Expand your career working within our Community Care team, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for patients and their families across the organisation. We have a permanent full time or part time prospect available for a highly skilled Registered Nurse.
The position will provide outreach services in community settings, residential aged care facilities and in client’s homes. The Registered Nurse works competently within their scope of practice to deliver safe, evidence based person centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes or a dignified death.
Registered Nurses may be employed on a 7 day rotating roster with AM shifts rostered between 0800-1630 and PM shifts rostered between 1230 - 2100.

Skills & Experience Required
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Completion of a graduate year or equivalent experience
Current Victorian Drivers Licence
Current Victorian Working with Children's check
