Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Real Estate Agent to join our team in Perth, WA. As a Senior Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing high-value property transactions, mentoring junior agents, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support throughout the buying and selling process.

Conduct property showings, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful transactions.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.

Sales Performance:

Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.

Prepare and present competitive market analysis to clients.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and train junior agents, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and ethical standards in all transactions.

Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and strategies for success.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.





Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions.

Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales.

Proven track record of successful property transactions and satisfied clients.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.

Education:

Valid real estate license.

Additional certifications in real estate or related fields are a plus.
