JRT Group is expanding, with multiple civil projects across Rockhampton and Yeppoon.



We are seeking a reliable and motivated Storeperson / Operations Support team member to join us. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop their career in logistics and operations within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Role Overview:
As a Storeperson / Operations Support, you will play a key role in supporting our civil construction projects by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are efficiently managed and available when needed. You will work closely with project teams to help keep worksites running smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Receive, inspect, and store materials and equipment for civil projects
- Maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory levels
- Pick, pack, and dispatch materials to sites as required
- Support site teams with equipment preparation and logistics
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure items are stored safely and securely
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and team members to support smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Storeperson, Warehouse Operator, or in a similar operations role
- Knowledge of stock control practices
- Must have a current Forklift Licence and the ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Construction White Card (required)
- HR drivers licence is highly regarded
- Physically fit and able to lift, move, and handle materials safely
- Experience in civil construction or related industries is highly regarded
