We are a small yet fun family dental practice located in the Belconnen area looking for an experienced dental assistant to join our team on a casual basis approx 2-3 days per week with the prospect of more days/hours.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Infection Control
- Chair side Assisting
- Patient communications
- Sterilisation of instruments
- Preparing and setting up for dental procedures
- Monitoring & re-stocking of dental supplies
- Reception and telephone duties
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Previous dental assistant/reception experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Cert III/IV in dental assisting preferred but not essential
- Reliable and well presented
- Excellent phone manner
- Keen to learn and grow with us
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time-management / multi-tasking abilities.
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
