About the Position

As Room Leader, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s developmental journey. You’ll collaborate closely with a team of passionate educators to create a nurturing, protected, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence

About You

- Hold a Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Have a genuine passion for working with toddlers and supporting their growth.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of the EYLF, NQS,



and child development principles.
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection Training.
