Essential Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience as a Centre Director in an Australian Long Day Care service
✔ Proven experience leading and developing a team
✔ Demonstrated success in improving occupancy and building robust relationships with families
✔ Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and Child Care Subsidy
✔ Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills

Salary & Benefits
$105,000–$120,000 + Super (depending on experience)
