We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing for our ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) region. This strategic leadership role offers an opportunity to shape brand direction and drive growth across the region's 1,500+ locations. You will lead a talented marketing team, collaborate with regional and global stakeholders, and implement insight-driven campaigns that increase brand desire and franchisee profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Regional brand leadership and strategy development aligned with ANZ market opportunities
- Agency management and oversight of ANZ brand and creative teams
- Strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing, media, and campaign strategies
- Leadership and development of the ANZ marketing team (2 direct reports + broader team)
- Innovation partnerships with global and regional teams to shape product, packaging, and promotion
- Marketing analytics and insights to drive ROI, measurement frameworks, and test-and-learn culture
- Management of loyalty programs to drive customer acquisition, penetration,
and lifetime value
- Budget management for ANZ marketing FAF spend
- Cross-functional collaboration with regional directors, global teams, and HQ stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years marketing experience
- Minimum 5+ years in foodservice/restaurant industry
- Minimum 6+ years supervisory/leadership experience
- Minimum 3+ years in a Director-level role in restaurant/food business
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Proven experience leading integrated advertising campaigns and media planning
- Solid analytical and strategic thinking with ability to connect marketing investment to measurable business outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter mentality with track record of driving strong business results
- Global or regional role experience preferred
MBA is a plus
