We are currently looking for an energetic, reliable, and experienced Full-Time Restaurant All-Rounder to join our front-of-house team.​

The Role

​As an All-Rounder at La Perla, you will be the face of our restaurant. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a seamless, memorable dining experience from the moment they walk through the door until they leave.​

Key Responsibilities:​

Providing attentive, warm, and professional table service.

​Building strong customer rapport and making guests feel welcome.​

Taking orders accurately and offering menu and beverage recommendations.

​Confident plate handling (3-plate carrying technique) and efficient table clearing/running.​

Maintaining strong organisational skills on the floor during busy service periods.​

Managing POS transactions and table management.​Assisting with opening/closing duties and maintaining cleanliness across FOH areas.​

What We Are Looking For​

Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

​Customer Skills:



High service standards with excellent communication and natural customer rapport.

​Plate Handling: Confident with plate carrying and tray service.​

Product Knowledge:

Wine and cocktail knowledge is highly preferred.​

Barista Skills: Coffee making skills are desirable (a bonus!).​

Organisation: Robust organisational and multitasking abilities under pressure.

​Availability: Full-time availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.​

Certifications:

Valid Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is essential.​

Rights to Work: Full working rights in Australia.​
