Internal Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a driven professional who thrives on building strong relationships with industrial customers and delivering outstanding service. You will combine your technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and create real value for customers while contributing to business growth.

Experience in the welding or gas industry is a definite plus, but what matters most is your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and bring solutions to life.

What you will enjoy doing

- In this role you will deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience
- Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner is part of this function
- Further you will build strong collaborative relationships with your team as well as other departments
- Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes
- You will also contribute to the overall branch performance
- Additionally you are in charge to accurate and timely process orders in SAP
- Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures is required

What makes you great

- You have experience in a retail sales environment is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
- Moreover you have a strong focus on customer service
- SAP skills are desirable but not required
- Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge would be highly regarded
