We are currently seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team as Food & Beverage Attendants and Runners.
Position Overview:
As a Food & Beverage Attendant at 6HEAD, you will play a crucial role in delivering an extraordinary dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for providing top-tier service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and upholding our commitment to excellence. Part time & casual positions are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and take orders with a high level of product knowledge.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure tables are set impeccably, and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Anticipate and fulfil guest needs, making each dining experience memorable.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special accommodations with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fine dining or premium hospitality is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service is an advantage.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
