- Has 1-2 years of barista experience in a busy café
- Can confidently dial in coffee, texture milk and pour quality latte art
- Has a positive attitude and provides exceptional customer service
- Is reliable, hardworking and thrives in a team
- Is happy to help with all aspects of café service
