Position Descriptor:
The Assistant Principal - Inclusion plays a key leadership role in strengthening inclusive education practices across Elizabeth North Primary School. They lead the ongoing development and organisation of the school's Disability Unit, working collaboratively with staff to ensure students receive high-quality, individualised support and opportunities to thrive.The role involves leading and supporting staff teams, overseeing resourcing, planning and programming, and building strong partnerships with families and external support services. The Assistant Principal - Inclusion also leads the development of One Plans and IESP applications across the site and contribute to a consistent, whole-school approach to inclusive education.

Please note that part time and versatile arrangements will be considered.
