About the Opportunity

OSM Thome is seeking experienced and qualified inshore marine crew to join a Darwin-based project. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high-performing team working in a agile and professional environment with long-term prospects.

We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

- Master – Master <45m Near Coastal

Please note: ECDIS, and GMDSS certifications are highly desirable for the Master, Chief Officer, and Deck Officer positions

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Australian qualifications and Certificates of Competency

- Australian passport (mandatory)

- Baseline Security Clearance (highly regarded)

- Relevant sea-time and proven experience

- Current STCW Certifications (CoST) and AMSA Near Coastal Medical

- A strong safety culture and ability to work effectively within a close-knit team
