Position Details

- Opportunities: Casual, Part Time, and Full Time positions available.
- Scheduling: Flexible rosters with both Weekday and Weekend shifts available.
- Positions: Including Shopping Centre Guarding, Corporate relief, Mobile Patrols, and Static Guard roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Systems & Surveillance: Administrate and monitor security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and integrated Alarm platforms. Respond immediately to any security incidents or system alarms.
- Proactive Protection: Provide a visible security presence to deter and prevent criminal activity. Conduct regular patrols of the premises and surrounding areas to ensure site integrity.
- Site & Contractor Management: Manage contractors and deliveries through dock management and provide daily support to tenants and Facilities teams.
- Safety & Maintenance: Identify and report hazards or building faults for rectification. Respond to and report on any security breaches, emergencies, or safety risks; as well as provide First Aid when required via receiving instructions from Emergency Services.
- Client Relations: Assist customers and clients as required,



ensuring a positive experience and professional first point of contact.
- Compliance & Reporting: Maintain detailed records and logs of all security-related activities. Strictly adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other security-related duties as required to support site operations.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: Minimum 1+ years in a shopping centres or corporate security. Mobile patrol, or high-end customer service environment is preferred.
- Technical Literacy: Knowledge of Fire Control Panels and Access Control systems. Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Safety Mindset: A robust understanding of WH&S; principles and the ability to proactively identify and manage site risks.
- Professionalism: High standards of grooming, vigilance, and situational awareness.

Qualifications

- Valid Australian Security License (including applicable endorsements for Crowd Control or Patrolling is a bonus).
- Current, clean Driver’s License (essential for Mobile Patrol roles).
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Unrestricted Right to Work in Australia.
