What We’re Looking For:

- 1+ year experience as a Kitchen Hand in a busy, high-volume restaurant
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Patisserie (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong understanding of WH&S; and food safety standards
- Reliable, effective and team-focused attitude
- Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster (including nights, weekends & public holidays)
