We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the successful delivery of quality homes while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the construction journey.

We're Looking For

An experienced residential construction professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering quality homes safely, on time and within budget. You enjoy leading trades and subcontractors, building strong relationships and taking ownership of outcomes from site commencement through to homeowner handover.

What You'll Do

- Join the Residential Construction team and oversee the end to end delivery of multiple homes within a thriving Halcyon community.
- Manage construction programmes, site activities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure homes are delivered to Halcyon quality standards, on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain strong relationships with homeowners, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience throughout the build process and post handover inspections.
- Drive site safety, compliance and operational excellence, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with WHS legislation, building codes and company standards.
- Support team collaboration, mentor junior team members and contribute to creating communities that improve the lives of our homeowners.

You thrive in a hands on leadership role where no two days are the same and enjoy building strong relationships with trades, suppliers and homeowners. Experience & Skills That Count

- Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role within residential construction.
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence and a building or construction related qualification.
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices, WHS legislation, building regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, trades and multiple concurrent builds.
- Well developed planning, communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills, supported by strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
