Three Blue Ducks Bellingen is set on a beautiful property on the Mid North Coast, known for weddings, events and relaxed, produce-driven dining. It’s a unique venue where great food, good people and genuine hospitality come together.

We’re looking for Waitstaff, Bartenders and Baristas to join the team.

This is a hands-on, all-rounder role in a fast-paced environment — from weddings and events to day-to-day service. We’re after people who are flexible, team-focused and take pride in delivering a great guest experience.

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing friendly, attentive and professional service

- Working across floor, bar and/or coffee service

- Running food and drinks while maintaining service flow

- Supporting events, functions and daily operations

About you:

- Experience in a restaurant, bar or café (preferred)

- Confident across service, drinks or coffee (training provided where needed)

- Positive, reliable and team-focused

- Calm and organised during busy service periods

- Available evenings, weekends and events
