La Vie en Rose Florist is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Casual Florist to join our team in Beecroft.

We're a small boutique florist with a focus on beautiful flowers and creating a welcoming experience for our customers. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves flowers, enjoys being part of a team and is happy to jump in wherever needed.

Regular Hours

- Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Additional shifts will be available during busy periods throughout the year.

About the Role

A successful applicant will assist with all aspects of the business, including:

- Creating stunning bouquets and arrangements
- Creative social media engagement
- Processing and conditioning flowers
- Customer service and sales - in personal and digitally
- Maintaining shop presentation
- General cleaning and day-to-day store duties
- Flower processing and conditioning
- Opening/closing the store
- Assisting with weddings, events and installations when required
- Immediate start

Peak Period Availability

The successful applicant must be available to work additional shifts during key trading periods, including:

- Valentine's Day
- Mother's Day
- Easter week
- Christmas week
- Major weddings and events secured by the business
- Other peak periods as required

About You





We're looking for someone who genuinely loves flowers and the art of floristry, enjoys being part of a small team and isn't afraid to get stuck in and help wherever needed.

This role would suit someone wanting to start their floristry career and gain valuable hands-on experience, or an experienced florist who is looking for regular casual hours in a supportive and creative workplace.

You'll be someone who:

- Has a positive attitude and a love for flowers
- Is proactive and can see what needs to be done without being asked
- Enjoys learning and developing their floristry skills
- Is reliable and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys working with customers and creating beautiful floral gifts
- Works well independently and as part of a team

Experience in retail, social media, business or marketing would be lovely, but it's certainly not a requirement. We're really looking for someone who is passionate about their craft, takes pride in their work and is excited to be part of a small, creative team.
