We're Hiring – Student Counsellor (Bangladesh or Philippines Market) Location: Sydney, NSW

ICS Venture is expanding, and we're looking for a passionate Student Counsellor / Migration Support Officer to join our growing team. We are particularly looking for candidates with experience in the Bangladesh or Philippines market and a strong understanding of Australian student visas and education services.

About the Role As a Student Counsellor, you will assist international students and visa applicants throughout their journey—from course selection to visa application and enrolment.

You will also provide support with other Australian visa applications and work closely with our Registered Migration Agents.

Key Responsibilities

-Counsel students on study options in Australia.

- Assist with Australian Student Visa (Subclass 500) applications.

- Support clients with other Australian visa applications, including employer-sponsored, visitor, graduate, and partner visas.

- Prepare and review visa and enrolment documents.

- Liaise with education providers and clients. - Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate client records.





- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the application process. Requirements

- Previous experience as a Student Counsellor, Education Consultant, or Migration Support Officer.

- Strong knowledge of Australian student visa applications.

- Knowledge of other Australian visa categories is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience working with students from the Bangladesh or Philippines market is highly preferred. What We Offer
