Holistic Home Care is a registered NDIS provider. We specializing in providing a high-quality care to their clients who are participants of NDIS living with complex medical conditions, and with life-long needs.

We are looking for experienced and dedicated professional support workers or enrolled nurses who have the drive and determination to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with a disability.

Location - North Lakes, Kippa Ring

DUTIES-

- Provide skilled assistance with activities of daily living including assisting with hoisting, personal care, social support, and access to the community.
- Assist a client to manage their health and wellbeing under the guidance of an experienced Registered Nurse and with the client's GP and specialist.
- Perform household tasks such as general cleaning/tidying, bed making and laundry assistance
- Perform duties in a flexible manner which suit our clients’ individual needs
- Maintain positive and welcoming relationships with our clients and their families.
- Documenting your care actions and observations to facilitate implementation of client's specialist support plans.

*Essential requirements-





- Cert III in disability and support or similar qualification eg. AIN, EEN or working towards this qualification eg. currently enrolled.
- First AID and CPR
- Hold or willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
- Good communication and problem solving.
- Able to take direction, self motivated and take initiative.
- Must have the availability to work across a wide range of shifts and days including Sleep over shifts
