Clinical EMR Integration Manager

Salary: $80,000 per annum
Start date: ASAP

Type: Fulltime (38 hours per week)

Location: Sydney based, noting travel requirements
Travel: Regular national travel, potentially 20% or more. Must hold valid Australian Driving License
Work rights: Unrestricted

The Opportunity

We are seeking a practical, hands-on Clinical EMR Integration Manager to support the M&A; Integration PMO in a hands-on project coordination capacity.

We need someone who enjoys being actively involved in integration and co-ordination of complex projects—coordinating site readiness, supporting users, delivering training and helping teams successfully adopt the new environment.

The position will involve regular travel throughout the country, working closely with clinical, administrative, operational and technology teams at each location.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Budget Management

o Maintain project cost tracking highlighting risks to the project manager.

o Co-ordination with accounts payable to ensure all project invoices are paid on time

o Assist with the preparation of future integration project budgets

· Project Planning & Monitoring





o Design and develop project governance frameworks

o Maintain project risk register, with a particular focus on anything potentially leading to clinical risk.

o Identify and track key project milestones, ensuring key clinical and operational stakeholders are kept informed.

o Co-ordination of stakeholder updates, requirements and deliverables.

o Development of Integration “playbook” to support future projects.

· Project Reporting

o Weekly project reporting discussed with Project Manager

o Monthly Executive project updates provided.

· Co-ordination of clinical EMR migration deliverables including:

o Data transfers

o System & Site set-up

o Training

o Go Live & Aftercare

· Cross Project Support

o Support other project co-ordinators in their duties across the organisation from time to time.

o Ensure consistent project budgeting, planning & reporting methods are used across all organisational projects.

About You

You will be an organised and proactive project professional who is comfortable working directly with end users and taking ownership of day-to-day implementation activities.

You will bring:

· Minimum 2 years Project Co-ordinator experience in a healthcare (or closely related) industry.

· Tertiary education in a health-related field, ideally with First Class honours.

· A hands-on approach and willingness to assist wherever required.

· Confidence delivering training to individuals and groups.

· Robust organisation, scheduling and stakeholder coordination skills.

· Clear written and verbal communication skills.

· The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.

· Confidence working with clinical, administrative or operational teams.

· The flexibility and availability to travel regularly across the country.

· Experience within healthcare, clinical administration or practice management environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
