We are now seeking a Management Consultant to join our team. This role involves being responsible for analysing and improving our operational, commercial, marketing and business management practices to enhance organisational performance, profitability, customer satisfaction and strategic growth. You will need to provide expert business advice to management, identifying operational improvements, evaluating market opportunities and support the implementation of systems, processes and strategic initiatives across the organisation. We are offering $110K - $120K

Key Duties:

- Analyse and evaluate operational procedures, business systems and organisational structures to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, productivity and profitability.
- Gather, interpret and evaluate operational, financial and commercial data to support informed business decision-making.
- Conduct reviews of policies, procedures and workflows and recommend practical improvements to business processes and performance.




- Develop business cases, feasibility assessments and strategic recommendations to support organisational growth and continuous improvement.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance and key business metrics, providing analysis and recommendations to improve profitability.
- Design, implement and maintain KPI reporting frameworks to measure operational effectiveness and business outcomes
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and SWOT assessments to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Evaluate and recommend recent technologies, systems and business solutions to enhance organisational capability and efficiency.
- Lead and support business improvement projects, including process redesign, change management and implementation activities.
- Prepare and present reports, findings and recommendations to management, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
- Provide ongoing management consulting services to support business growth, operational excellence and achievement of company objectives

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of full-time relevant marketing experience in business analysis, management consulting, operational improvement or related positions.
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, strategic planning, budgeting, market research, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and systems implementation
