Monadelphous Heavy Lift operates one of Australia’s most capable lifting and engineered solutions businesses. Supporting this capability is our dedicated Rigging Services until an independently operated division responsible for the assembly, inspection, certification and lifecycle management of rigging and lifting equipment across our entire company and client projects.
Due to continued growth in our Perth based operations, we are seeking an experienced Senior Rigging Inspector to join our Bibra Lake facility on a 5:2 roster. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance, safety and operational readiness across our Heavy Lift activities.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Conduct inspection, testing and tagging of rigging equipment in accordance with NATA requirements and relevant Australian Standards
- Perform repairs and maintenance to a wide range of rigging equipment to ensure compliance and serviceability
- Manufacture and assemble rigging equipment, including chain slings
- Maintain accurate inspection records, certifications and compliance documentation
- Manage inventory control, stocktakes and asset traceability
- Receipt,
process and store incoming equipment and materials
- Pick, pack and dispatch equipment to project sites in accordance with operational requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum two years’ experience as a Rigging Inspector (Senior level preferred)
- Current High Risk Work Licence with the following: LF, RI, C6 (highly desirable)
- Current HR license (desirable)
- LEEA foundation certificate (desirable)
- Experience in monorail and davit crane testing (desirable)
- Knowledge around NATA compliance and procedures and relevant Australian standards
- Sound computer literacy with the ability to prepare reports, inspection documentation and certification
