- Work collaboratively with clients, their families,
and our wider support team to ensure holistic care.
What We Are Looking For

- Compliance: A current National Police Check and First Aid/CPR certification (or a willingness to obtain these prior to commencement).
- Licensing: A current, valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle (Preferred, as travel across the south-east metro region is required).
- Values: A genuine passion for person-centred care, cultural sensitivity, excellent communication skills, and a strict commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.

- Unmatched Impact: This is a pioneer role. You have the rare opportunity to build rewarding, long-term relationships with clients while laying the groundwork for a brand-new service within our community.
- Culture: Join a professional, deeply supportive, and warm environment that is genuinely committed to continuous improvement and community well-being.
