We help families, professionals and international arrivals find rental homes before they move to Australia. We become their trusted local expert, taking the stress out of relocating by guiding them through every step of the home search process.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a professional, organised and proactive Relocation Manager to support clients searching for homes across Sydney's suburbs.

This is a flexible independent contractor opportunity, ideal for someone looking for meaningful work that fits around family, another business or existing commitments.

About the Role

Every client's story is different, making this a rewarding and varied role.

You'll become your client's eyes and ears on the ground, helping them navigate the rental market and confidently secure the right home before they arrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Researching and shortlisting suitable rental properties.
- Providing honest advice on the pros and cons of each property and neighbourhood.
- Attending open homes and private inspections on behalf of clients.
- Recording professional walkthrough videos and providing detailed feedback.
- Liaising confidently with real estate agents and property managers.
- Assisting clients throughout the rental application process.
- Keeping clients informed with clear, timely communication throughout their search.
- Representing professionally at every interaction.

From time to time you may also assist with practical relocation tasks such as collecting keys, accepting deliveries, purchasing essential household items or helping clients settle into their new home. These tasks aren't everyday occurrences, but a hands-on, can-do attitude is highly valued.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people.

You might come from a background in:





- Property management
- Real estate
- Relocation services
- Sales or account management
- Customer service
- Corporate client services
- Buyer's agency

Most importantly, you'll be someone who:

- Loves building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Is highly organised and able to manage multiple clients independently.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoys property and has a keen eye for quality homes.
- Communicates professionally and confidently with both clients and real estate agents.
- Is reliable, responsive and always follows through.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Your own Australian Business Number (ABN).
- A current Australian driver's licence.
- Your own reliable vehicle (travel to inspections is essential).
- A smartphone capable of recording quality property walkthrough videos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and online property portals.
- Flexibility to attend inspections during weekdays, evenings and weekends when required.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
