The Position

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Functions Manager to join our catering operations on a full‑time basis. In this role, you’ll be the key driver behind delivering exceptional function and event experiences, while also supporting the wider commercial operation.

Key duties

- Work with the Site Manager & Catering team to ensure accurate function delivery
- Coordinate a small and dedicated team
- Ensure all functions are delivered at an impeccable standard
- Responsible for the planning, management, implementation and successful delivery of events for the yearly events calendar.





The Person

- Previous experience working within a functions environment
- Develops effective relationships with individuals at all levels, from diverse backgrounds, cultures and locations
- Is passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Will have outstanding attention to detail with an excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Working with children check required or willing to obtain
