We are seeking a Graduate Accountant (accounting experience desirable) or an Intermediate-level Accountant to join our growing team.

We welcome applications from Graduate Accountants with 6–12 months’ experience, as well as Intermediate Accountants seeking to further develop their career in a supportive and growth‑focused setting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in accounting (or similar)
- CA Qualified or willing to study (preferred)

Role Responsibilities





- Taking a proactive approach to developing and maintaining client relationships for a broad range of clients, from business owners to professionals in diverse industries.
- Ensuring work is delivered by your team to a high standard and all client expectations are met.
- Working closely with clients on a range of business advisory needs, including business restructuring, tax planning, and cash flow management.
- Working with other specialists to provide a full range of services to clients.
- Identifying business development opportunities and referral networks.
- Providing feedback and developing junior and intermediate accountants.

Skills and Experience

- More than 2 years' experience in a chartered environment with a mid-tier or large boutique firm (for Intermediate applicants).
- We will also consider Graduate Accountants with 6–12 months’ relevant experience.
- Knowledge of division 7A, FBT, CGT (preferred)
- Experience working with a variety of clients across several different industries.
- Technical knowledge and proven experience in tax and accounting compliance
- Solid time management skills and attention to detail
- Experience using cloud-based systems
- Passion for ensuring a high standard of deliverables to clients
- Keen interest in business or taxation law
- Experience working with Xero practice management will be an advantage
- Provide feedback and help develop junior accountants.
- CA/CPA Qualified or willing to gain.
