The Role

This is a hands‑on, field‑based role with plenty of variety and independence. You’ll travel across the region, work directly with customers, and solve real‑world technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Service and repair weighing systems
- Calibrate and verify equipment to compliance standards
- Conduct field work across the Riverina
- Diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance
- Complete verification and calibration documentation
- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
- Work independently with support from an experienced team

About You

You take pride in doing things right the first time. You enjoy problem‑solving, working with your hands, and interacting with customers. You’re reliable, practical,



and ready for a role where your skills are appreciated.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Trade background — electrical, mechanical, electronics or similar
- Experience in scale repair, calibration, or instrumentation
- Solid diagnostic and technical skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- White card
- Good communication and customer service skills
- NMI 6.2 / 6.3 Verifier Licence (or willingness to obtain — we’ll support you)

You must have current Australian work rights to be considered for this role

This role offers genuine work–life balance. While occasional overtime or weekend work may be required during busy periods or for urgent customer needs, we prioritise family flexibility and keep these to a minimum.
