We are seeking an experienced cook for our restaurant. The position is a full-time based role, and offers a competitive salary from $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.

To be successful in this role, you must:

- Have relevant CIII or CIV certificate in commercialcookery/ kitchen management• Have at least 1 year of relevant experience in a commercial kitchen setting.• Be a strong team player with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.• Possess basic management and leadership skills to support kitchen operations.• Demonstrate sound knowledge of food preparation techniques, hygiene, and safety standards.

Position Description:

As a Cook at Kitchen 1001 Pty Ltd, your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, seasoning, cooking,



and presenting a variety of Asian-style dishes.• Examining food to ensure quality and consistency before and after cooking.• Planning and organizing the preparation and cooking process to meet service schedules.• Managing stock levels and ordering food supplies as needed.• Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food handling procedures are followed at all times.• Assisting with the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff where required.• Collaborating with the team to develop and refine menu items.• Maintaining a clean and efficient workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
