What you'll be doing
To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide effective obstetric and gynaecological services to women under
supervision, while developing expertise in managing these women in a complex clinical environment.
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Completion of at least two postgraduate years with a minimum of 1 term experience in women's health.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment utilising excellent clinical skills, judgment and expertise.
- A skilled attitude and flexibility in work roles with a preparedness and ability to participate in the after-hours roster.
- Demonstrated ability to work co-operatively and communicate effectively with other staff and practitioners as part of a multidisciplinary health care team.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, computer literacy, and demonstrated problem solving and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant NSW Health policy.
