About the Role
Join our Trauma Service team delivering high-quality care to severely injured patients. In this role, you provide clinical leadership, support multidisciplinary care, and contribute to teaching, research and quality improvement across the service.
- Assess and manage trauma patients with accuracy and timeliness
- Support the Trauma Team Leader and patient journey through hospital
- Teach medical students, junior doctors and allied health staff
- Participate in audits, research and continuous medical education
- Collaborate with internal teams and external health providers
About You
You are a skilled and confident trauma doctor ready to lead patient care and teach in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
- Hold MBBS or equivalent and be registrable with Medical Board
- Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Apply strong clinical skills and sound professional judgement
- Supervise and teach junior medical and allied health staff
- Communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team
